Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
· Same-Day Cancellation (within 2 hrs): $25–$50 fee
· No-Show / On Arrival: $40–$75 travel fee (based on distance)
Waiting Fee: First 15 minutes are free. $1 per minute after that, up to 30 minutes maximum.
‘Out of respect for all clients’ time, a travel fee may apply for late cancellations, no-shows, or extended wait times.’
