· No-show / on arrival: $40–$75 travel fee (distance-based)
· Loan signings (docs already printed): $25–$50 print fee + travel fee
· Waiting fee: First 15 minutes are free. $1 per minute after that, up to 30 minutes maximum.
· Additional fees may apply for after-hours, parking, or extended wait times
